I called that morning and they got me in that afternoon! I was able to get my tooth fixed that afternoon and was in and out in an amazing amount of time and everyone was so kind.“

“Dr. Sripathi's Dental Clinic is really a very unique and wonderful experience, she is so utterly detailed and meticulous and also I believe a perfectionist, she cleaned my teeth and my teeth have never looked or felt this good, really and truly, my teeth needed much polishing and deep cleaning and she did this procedure wonderfully and very efficiently, she works quickly, with great attention to detail. Her office Manager Kavita is also very professional, she works around your schedule to fit you in to see Dr. Sripathi and answers any questions you might have regarding insurance etc. She really is very warm and welcoming and you really feel like you are in an establishment where they really do care for you.“

“My family loves Dr. Bailey; he is an amazing provider and takes such excellent care of his patients. He makes my kids feel at ease with him.My issue has been with the staff at the practice. The last time my kids had an appointment, I had a question and approached the desk. The receptionist was on the phone but clearly on hold, I waited patiently and she then picks up her cell phone and starts scrolling while I’m standing and waiting. I eventually just ask her where my kids are located so I can go back and ask Dr. Bailey the question myself. My only other issue is just never knowing how much we will pay for anything! The practice is not in network with any insurance company so you have no clue what you are going to pay! I asked repeatedly about the cost of an extraction; I wanted them to send a pre- authorization and the response was like they did not want to do it! This procedure would have been covered at 100% anywhere else, we ended up paying a little over $100.“
