I greatly appreciate the service that was provided to me by J&M Tree & Excavating LLC. After my original landscaper stopped showing up to do the work and essentially breached the contract, I entered another contract with J&M. That was one of the best decisions I could have made. Tara is absolutely amazing! After the last year of tests and procedures the last thing I wanted as a breast cancer survivor was another painful and cold experience. I had heard from other survivors how caring she was and after I saw her work I just knew this was the place I wanted to go for my nipple reconstruction. From the moment I walked in the door I felt relaxed and comfortable. She took her time to make sure I was able to pick what I wanted and felt good about the size, color etc. Once we settled on the details and she started she was so careful to make sure I was not feeling any discomfort and the second I said it hurt she stopped and put lidocaine on to ease the discomfort. During the procedure we talked and laughed and it really felt like I was just hanging out with an old friend, even though we had just met. The whole experience felt empowering and the perfect ending to what was a truly terrible year. I started to tear up when I saw them for the first time. Her work speaks for itself in the pictures, but her caring personality is the real thing that makes her so popular. I am so grateful for my experience and I would recommend her to everyone!

I am a REALTOR® in the Triangle. I have never posted a review about a builder, but I am motivated to post one about Bobby and Sumner Construction as the experience for my Buyer was stellar!!! I wish I could claim having discovered Sumner Homes but my buyer noticed their work. The buyer was shopping for just the right home and one that was built well. They were still in their home they had built 30+ years ago and they knew that quality mattered.Every time my buyer would ask about anything, Bobby would answer - what do you want? Then he would do it. They were by no means perfect, but if something was found to be inconsistent with the written contract, they would correct it.I give Sumner Construction my wholehearted approval.
