Mr. Palmer was very professional and personable. My carpets were very dirty with spots. He was able to make all of the carpets look very fresh and clean. I asked him to also clean two other area rugs that I hadn’t originally listed, and he was very accommodating. He didn’t make it seem as though he was in a rush, and took all the time he needed to do an excellent job!!! I will be recommending this carpet cleaning company to everyone I know.
