“Dr Byrd was very nice and thorough. The checkout one lady in particular could be more courteous. She has an accent and was very irritated when I asked questions. I came two days in a row and she repeatedly told me how she printed something for me the day before and the explanation I needed was not on the paperwork. This makes my experience hesitant to want to come back.“
“Small facility, 5 parking spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are public restrooms in the lobby. There are spaced out seating for safety. The doctor was running behind when we went, 45mins at least. We enjoyed her attention to detail and really working with our son to get his vision crisp.“
