“I needed a last minute appointment and Northside was able to fit me in when my regular eye care office could not. I'm so glad they did. The Northside team is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Ballard was informative and gracious during my visit. Every question I had was answered with eye contact and patience which is so hard to come by anymore. During the exam, the doctor took the time to explain each step of the process and answer all of my questions thoroughly. She was patient, attentive, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire exam. She also provided me with helpful tips on how to maintain good eye health. After the exam, the staff helped me choose a pair of glasses that suited my style and budget. They had a great selection of frames to choose from, and the staff was very knowledgeable about the different lens options available. Overall, I had a great experience at Eye Care Center's office and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of an eye exam or new glasses. “First off I'd like to say I've been here in Fayetteville for 4 years and this is one of the best services I've received here for eyecare. One place I went to was for my son and they were so impatient and told me " just come back when he's older" not even trying to work with my son who was just nervous. Second I went to another location and they were just rude with an attitude, way over priced and just didn't seem to care for their clients at all. I came here on a random google search because they could get me in so fast. It was a pretty average office nothing to complain about good music, clean and welcoming! Once I met with the optometrist (owner) just wow! Such a great man who really cares about what's going on with my eyes and even helped me with a few questions regarding my daughter. Very down to earth and a cool genuine personality. I love it here and will DEFINITELY bring my kids and my service back here !“
