Was very glad to find Dr. Ballard again. Had a great experience with him prior to Northside. I am really impressed with his knowledge concerning my situation. He explains everything so that you can understand what is going on and he gets you set up with the treatment that you need. Dr. Ballard and his staff are top notch in my book. Thank you.

definitely one of the best optometrist offices I have ever been too. Dr. Ballard is extremely knowledgeable and really does listen to his patients & cares about them!! I just had a really great experience even just calling the office about a concern, where I got to speak to Dr. Ballard directly. It’s honestly unheard of to get that kind of care anymore, so I can say I’m highly satisfied!!

Had the best experience when I came here. The front staff was prompt getting me checked in. Dr.Ballard was awesome! He took his time to explain everything to me. If I had any questions he was so helpful in answering them. When I went to pick out my glasses Dr.Ballard picked a few that he thought would look good, I thought that was a very kind gesture. Robin was so helpful as well. I will not go to another place. The office is so clean and all the staff are so kind. I highly recommend Northside Family Eyecare.
