It was a very friendly and open environment. But my experience had been dreadful, because I've been waiting a month for my glasses and was told it'll be another month . Also I've been to so many optometrist and never have I had to pay to get my measurements. When I asked my aunt she said she never had to pay for her measurements with this place. Hope this helps someone.

Takes forever to get your lenses back once ordered. Once I received my new lenses I let them know immediately that something was right and that my head was hurting and I can't see long distance anymore, but I was told to wait two weeks to let the new lenses adjust to my eyes. After about a week the lenses still didn't adjust, I'm taking Tylenol everyday due to really bad headaches that I didn't have prior to the new lenses. So I let the reps know that I can't do it something isn't right. I asked to speak with the doctor there who wrote the prescription just to see if maybe the exam was off.
