“Charles was willing to work with us on getting the right material and kept bringing different samples to make sure we loved the color, type and price. Premier flooring was able to remove old hardwood on a concrete slab and fix a crack in the concrete that was 8 ft long and smoothed it over. They installed Windlass LVP and did a great job. In 2 days time they we done and did a wonderful job on the quarter round molding and all of the planks were were cut perfectly. They made us aware of things that would need to be done before and after the installation so when the job was completed we had no surprises. I highly recommend Premier flooring for a quick and skilled installation of luxury vinyl plank.“

“We wanted to work with a small business. Mike, the owner, came to our initial appointment with lots of questions and suggestions to help us pick the right carpet. He had many, many samples. We selected one, but wanted a larger sample. After a week or so, the larger sample arrived. Glad we got it, because it did not work. Mike returned and brought more samples. We picked another carpet and ordered it. The price was less than a quote from a big box store. He said it should come in 3-4 weeks which was fine. The eventual delivery/install was twice that, but then I had to cancel due to an emergency. It was finally installed. Installers did good job. The crew forgot the vacuum, but offered to use mine. I did it myself, because they agreed to fix/stretch another carpet in another room for a cash tip. That was worth it for me. Pretty convenient to shop in your home.“

“In complete contrast to the other review here, our experience was completely wonderful. Alex was very professional, to both my wife and me, was highly responsive, and the price for our job was far less than we expected. Our project was the removal of carpet in two guest bedrooms, and replacement with engineered hardwoods consistent with the rest of the main level of our home. The installation crew arrived on time, took extreme measures to put down protective tarping and worked like crazy for the full day. The final product was nothing less than perfect, and the clean up after the crew was done was amazing. Based on our experience, we will definitely recommend Verion, and will use them again next time we need flooring!“
