Brenda at the front desk brought me some crackers and a drink at lunch, which was very sweet of her. I finally got to see Dr. Almony and she has taken care of business. Five years of going to this office has never let me down.“

“Visited this facility today for a appointment. I was glad that they got us in first thing in the morning when they opened. The ladies at the the counter were friendly and professional, as well as the lady who took us to the back. Dr. A was phenomenal, I could tell that she takes her job seriously, also I like how she may say something random unapologetically. I would recommend paying the $39 for the extra eye care, as it provides a more indepth look on potential issues. Glad I chose Village Eye Care. Keep up the greatness ladies.“

“Dr Chavis and Dr. Hendrix are amazing Optometrist. Tina is always helpful. The technician ( Carly )has a short fuse with kids. Patience is a virtue at work. Some people apparently need a class. My experience was a negative 3 star with her but a +5 for Dr. Chavis.“

“Better Vision is awesome! I moved to Fayetteville in September of 2019. Before the move I made sure I had an ample supply of contacts (I also have a pair of glasses for nighttime). I did some research on who was the best optical team in town. I don't have anything special to worry about. After researching I finally settled on Better Vision. I'm SO glad that I did! I made an appointment for July 28. Sadly I ripped the last of my contact so I called to see if there was anything sooner. I was thrilled to take an appointment at 4pm that day! From the first steps in the office I felt so welcomed. The staff was super friendly. I am also hard of hearing. I let the staff know if I don't hear them call my name that's why. They assured me that I would be called. Every person in there was super helpful especially when my name was called. I didn't hear it but the guy that was talking to me about frames flagged the nurse and said I was coming. Trust me it's things like this that really matter. The eye exam was great. They are taking all the safety seriously (I went during the pandemic). I felt at ease. The exam was great and very thorough. Then Dr. Chris Holland came in. He was awesome! He was very detailed when explaining things to me. I advised him I have a pool now and it seems like the contacts dry faster. He put me into a daily contact vs. what I had previously (I think they were weekly or biweekly but I stretched them longer if I could)He was super friendly knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. I am so happy I landed on this location. As long as I'm living in Fayetteville this will be my go to optometrist! Thanks team!“

“I have been going to Dr. Philbrick for 44 years! He has been my eye doctor since I was 15. My children were his patients as well as my 2 oldest grandchildren and my husband. We all love Dr. Philbrick and his wonderful staff. He is very thorough and meticulous so don't expect a quick in and out visit. Dr. Philbrick cares about his patients and their eye health. Theresa, Carol and Cheryl are great staff. I always enjoy my appointments.“

“I went to Dr William Elmore in January 2024. His staff was very kind and professional. Dr Elmore and staff gave me a very thorough examination. No one ever made me feel uncomfortable. No one was ever rude, nor made snide comments. I absolutely loved the entire visit. Dr Elmore gave me more information about my condition than any eyecare professional has ever done. I will continue with this Dr and this office on Owen Drive.“

“I just took my neighbor to the WalMart eye center, and was pleasantly surprised. She called and got an appointment the next day. I did not expect much because of the location. I sat with her through her exam. The optometrist Dr Andrew Lovsin was so amazingly professional and detail-oriented. My neighbor had very bad vision, and he explained her problem in simple language. What a pro !“
