“Visited this facility today for a appointment. I was glad that they got us in first thing in the morning when they opened. The ladies at the the counter were friendly and professional, as well as the lady who took us to the back. Dr. A was phenomenal, I could tell that she takes her job seriously, also I like how she may say something random unapologetically. I would recommend paying the $39 for the extra eye care, as it provides a more indepth look on potential issues. Glad I chose Village Eye Care. Keep up the greatness ladies.“
“I always enjoy my annual visits to the Eye Center. Dr. Ingles and his staff are always so pleasant. Yesterday going through all the pre-test was a breeze. I can't remember the young man who was my tech but he explained everything so well and with his guidance he made the process so simple. Dr. Ingles is very thorough and so personable. God Bless them.“
“Dr. Lieberman is absolutely amazing! I love the staff and the office. Everyone is so kind and considerate. I've been going to this office since I was a child and always find myself coming back because of the excellent care that I receive consistently! Most of my family wears glasses/contacts and we don't go anywhere else. I'm so blessed to have such an amazing doctor. If you want to receive fantastic care and not feel like the staff is a car salesman when it comes to picking out glasses and accessories then this is the place to visit.“

“The Eyecarecenter at Crossroads in Cary NC is excellent, including my doctor, Marguerite Gross, and those who work in the optical area. I was especially impressed with Carissa in Optical today. I had broken my frames and she was able to fix them with some extra effort and savvy. I am so grateful.“

“Dr Chavis and Dr. Hendrix are amazing Optometrist. Tina is always helpful. The technician ( Carly )has a short fuse with kids. Patience is a virtue at work. Some people apparently need a class. My experience was a negative 3 star with her but a +5 for Dr. Chavis.“
“I have been going to Dr. Philbrick for 44 years! He has been my eye doctor since I was 15. My children were his patients as well as my 2 oldest grandchildren and my husband. We all love Dr. Philbrick and his wonderful staff. He is very thorough and meticulous so don't expect a quick in and out visit. Dr. Philbrick cares about his patients and their eye health. Theresa, Carol and Cheryl are great staff. I always enjoy my appointments.“

“Staff is very friendly but they over schedule appointments and you end up waiting...forever. there's no reason I should have to wait an hour past our scheduled time WITH my 4yo... the place is packed everytime were here. EDITED to add that after I posted this the owner reached out personally to apologize about the wait and that goes a LONG way in my book!“
