Walmart vision billed my insurance for four sets of eyes, when I only have two. I've been trying to get my over bill of $49.50 back for over three months. I have come to the realization I won't get it back, so will not be going to this location in the future.
Do not come here for anything especially if you need your glasses adjusted. You will be told over and over and over again that they could break your glasses ….. and just plain rude . I left without any help crying my eyes out from the harsh treatment of just simply asking if I could have help with my glasses.
I came in today on June 7th at 1:15 p.m. The Black lady was very rude and didn't want to help me. Other glasses and vision centers at Walmart in different locations were nice enough to help me with my glasses ect. However this lady didn't. She just wanted me to leave. Which I did. If you are looking for Customer service, people with hospitality, I would say go to a different vision center. I would not recommend this location.
