“To be honest I did not even hire them for a job. The most recent storm had a lot of down trees. One of these trees had fallen on the roof of the apartment duplex across the street. I'm writing this because I saw them working. The damage done to the duplex next door was pretty extensive. I didn't get up close so I don't know how far the damn that's really went. Once the tree with removed I could see where the roof had been crushed in. That alone is going to account for a whole mess of work. Then Paramount roofing came. I've done a lot of construction and it's not often you find a whole crew that work together like a fine-tuned machine. Seriously was like a roofing symphony. From everything that I saw they came off very professional. Superfast job, they left as fast as they showed up. Then top it off aesthetically looking perfect definitely who I'm going to have in mind whenever I need a roof done right. Great job guys!“

“I could not recommend Joe more highly. First, my qualifications. I have worked in the building trades and spent the last last 17 years of my working life in facility management and construction quality control and contracting. I solicited three bids of which two were large local companies. Of the two larger companies, one never bothered to go on my roof, but included replacement of decking in the proposal; because from the ground, he could see that, "Decking needed to be replaced." The other larger company did walk my roof, and included replacement of decking because, he, "knew there was a fair amount to be replaced." I've walked a number of roofs, commercial and residential, and in my younger days reroofed personal properties. Having walked my own roof, I didn't feel any soft spots, and knew something could be hidden, but didn't think it would be much. When I received an estimate from Joe, he walked the roof, making a more careful assessment than the other companies, and came to the same conclusion I did, and in the end, no decking needed to be replaced.

I immediately felt confidence in Joe; he was straightforward in his assessment, and left an estimate before leaving. Joe has worked in the industry his entire life and is honest, knowledgeable, and professional. When providing the estimate, he also gave a tutorial on how not to get ripped off, should I decide to go with someone else. Joe and his crew showed up promptly each morning, did the job quickly and professionally, and left the property neat as a pin. His bid was at least $2k under the nearest competitor, using the same materials offered by the larger two companies. My home will be 100 years old next year, and from my experience, I believed my historic home would be better served by Joe, and am confident that it was.“

“I bought my house 2 years ago in west NC. And as is usually the case, spent a fair amount of time and money fixing the things that declined over the past 16 years since it was built.
I noticed that although the roof looked okay to me, and didn't have any leaks, it had a couple of shingles that lifted up around the chimney.

Well they were absolutely correct. Although their office is an hour away they showed up on time in a company truck. (important to me because many service related companies send an independent contractor).
Ben took a look at the roof and said the roof was in fine condition and possibly had another 5-10 yrs left. The lifted shingles were a minor issue and showed me what he based his opinion on.
