“I confused this office with another, and got my appointment times and doctors mixed up. They still saw me that day, regardless of everything, and were very sweet and accepting of my apologies. The veterinarian I saw was extremely thorough and kind, and so were the techs and office ladies. Although this office will not be my go to place to take my animals, I still highly recommend them. The pricing is fair, and I couldn’t have asked for for a better experience with how they handled my dog and I.“

“After some bad experiences at another vet I switch my 4 year old golden doodle to Ambassador. He was up to date on everything but had an ear infection that flared up overnight. I called and explained that he was shaking his head and they got me worked in the same day. Although they were busy, they were kind and took their time with us from front desk, to tech and doctor. I felt like we received great advice and care. I learned they also offer grooming and their own online pet prescription site. We have found our new favorite vet!“
“We just moved from CA and found out our cat was sick. With COVID, everywhere we called was understaffed and couldn’t accept new patients.Dr. Burks was kind enough to see us last minute. He was so kind and informative, and I cannot express enough how thankful I am that this was such a painless process.I will definitely be bringing them back here.“
“So kind and compassionate. I have one dog that is dog aggressive and they always take such care to create a safe and positive visit while still being kind to me and my dog. My other dog has a lot of anxiety and they do so well trying to calm him down. The doctor is very knowledgeable and has spent his own time researching resources for my dog and following up after hours to share. Could not recommend them more.“

“Dr Dale Brown was amazing helping with my girl Prada. He did an Ultrasound on my Blue Merle Pomeranian, and was just as happy I was to see she has puppies! He was very gentle and welcoming, and made sure our visit was a in and out. He got me scheduled for a Xray to check on the pups at a later time, and made our first visit at RiverBark the best!“

“Outstanding experience! Dr. Davis is extremely knowledgable and thorough in addition to handling my dog Brody with empathy and kindness, making him comfortable during the exam. The remaining staff was likewise friendly and efficient. Dr. Davis devised a logical treatment plan by her comprehensive approach to treat not only symptoms but causes as well. She is definitely someone that one can learn from. Through her thorough explanations that covered all of my concerns, I felt comfortable having my dog treated at Ambassador and will continue to recommend the aforementioned facility. Furthermore, the charges were plausible as well as feasible. I did not once have the impression that I was being sold and proposed treatment more than necessary which has certainly happened to me at other veterinary clinics in surrounding areas.“
“Wanted to say what an awesome vet hospital this is. My baby was having muscle spasms and acting weird. Called my regular vet and they wouldn’t see her. Tried several other local vets with no luck, but Ambassador Dr Cawthorne told me to bring my baby in. She was great with my girl and very thorough is exposing what my baby needs to get back yo normal. I’m so thankful for the care my girl received here today. Not only was the Dr amazing but the whole staff was polite, helpful and made me feel at ease bringing my girl to a vet she had never seen until today. Thank you Dr. Cawthorne and Caitlin for taking care of my girl today.“

“My baby Teddy was a sick little fella !! From the moment I walked in , the staff was friendly! Patient and kind . Dr Chavis was absolutely the most kindest , sweetest , caring , most patient Vet I have ever encountered. She took her time , explained what she felt my Teddy needed based the symptoms I described , he needed several test , after she discussed the test he needed based on his Symptoms, the cost , I was very pleased because it was much more reasonable than I figured !! Once the testing was done , she reviewed the results and needless to say , I was devastated!! She was again patient , kind , caring, understanding and not once did she show any indication of needing to get to the next appointment, it was as if Me , my Teddy and Daughter who we face timed was the only ones on the clinic . Dr Chavis did not pressure us , did not make us feel remorseful, did not try to do any testing other than what was necessary. she was understanding My daughter and I had to make a tough decision that day and I’m forever grateful to Dr Chavis for the love care and concern and patience she showed that day . My Beagle Molly will be seeing her soon“
