After some bad experiences at another vet I switch my 4 year old golden doodle to Ambassador. He was up to date on everything but had an ear infection that flared up overnight. I called and explained that he was shaking his head and they got me worked in the same day. Although they were busy, they were kind and took their time with us from front desk, to tech and doctor. I felt like we received great advice and care. I learned they also offer grooming and their own online pet prescription site. We have found our new favorite vet!

I've been taking Queen and Brooklyn to Ambassador for over 4 years. They board there also. The staff and doctor are wonderful. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I love that my babies are remembered and cared for at this office. I would certainly recommend this practice for your animals. Queen is a Cavalier King Charles mixed with Shih Tzu and Brooklyn is a Bichon mixed with Shih Tzu.

Holli was super attentive and friendly. Bailey, our tech, was very gentle and compassionate with our 118 lbs baby! Dr. Rochte was very thorough and informative with health recommendations. Highly recommend their Practice to care for your fur babies!
