I really do like this vet!They were accommodating to us when we needed to board our cat last minute. I got her spay here as well. I don't have issues with the pricing.My one complaint is about the employees that answer the phone and it seems to be every time I call. They have zero confidence and never seem to have answers to any of my questions. When it comes to my animal, don't give me "estimations" or answer questions when you really don't know the answer. This is a big issue for me.

My Izzy and Hailey both were patients last week. They were taken in early for teeth cleaning, Small growth, glands and vaccine. They called and explained each service and took payment so I could pick them up with little wait.I love Dr Totten and the Barkmans! The cost was reasonable.

I used to love this place! And I have to say the vets are probably still great, but what happened to the front desk. They do have walk in hours and it states 4:30. I rescued a stray and it had a sinus infection. It was the only time after work I could get there. I started to check in, and the girl at the front desk asked if I was a pickup and I said no we are patients and my stray has a sinus infection. She said ( mind you I’m an established patient and drove 55 minutes ) front desk said no, but it was only 432 probably the time she was talking. Owner called apologized, great resolution
