A 10 star business! This was my first time getting my car detailed and didn’t know what to expect. Royalty Auto Spa had the best ratings and I can see why. From start to finish, it was nothing but open transparency and professionalism. Prior to even getting my car into the shop, Ty was able to quote me to make sure we were both on the same page. I was able to book for less than a week’s time. He was extremely responsive and flexible. There were moments when we came across some scheduling conflicts (with pick up and drop off times). I highly recommend Royalty Auto Spa NC.Ty and his team killed it! My truck look show room floor finished and that was just the detail. They did an amazing job on my truck inside and out! They are the best and the proof is in the pudding with the results. (I will upload pictures). The rest of the staff was amazing and very polite. This is definitely some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered in Fayetteville! Thank you Royalty Auto Spa

Talked with Ty was a little unsure at first but he reassured me he would get me and my car taken care of. Absolutely knocked it out of the park! He got everything perfect. I’m never letting anybody else touch my car exempt for him
