“I have been going to the oil exchange for four years and this is by far the best place you can go. For oil exchanges, to tire replacements, or car trouble, Brett and Lynn are there to help. Their service is also excellent to the point where I travel from Wilmington to Fayetteville just to go to them.“
“My parents and sisters have been coming here for years. Even though the shop has changed hands, the new ownership is as honest and trustworthy as the last. I live in Florida and when possible I schedule my services to align with my visits back home because I know that they will not overcharge me or try to sell me services that I don’t need. For example, on my last visit, they save me $40 by not replacing a gasket that still looked good when changing the rear differential oil. Another shop may have gone ahead and charged me as part of the service regardless.“

“They did a 3" lift on my 2020 20 Nissan Titan XD SL. I have to say that I thought I was completely satisfied only to find they didn't do a front end alignment and my front tires wore out quickly. They confirmed they failed to do the alignment and offered to do it but they refused to replace my front tires. To make matters worse, they had me waiting 6 hours at their shop. Alex and David were very rude. I wouldn't recommend them, nor will I ever return there. They are about money and not customer satisfaction.“
