“A 10 star business! This was my first time getting my car detailed and didn’t know what to expect. Royalty Auto Spa had the best ratings and I can see why. From start to finish, it was nothing but open transparency and professionalism. Prior to even getting my car into the shop, Ty was able to quote me to make sure we were both on the same page. I was able to book for less than a week’s time. He was extremely responsive and flexible. There were moments when we came across some scheduling conflicts (with pick up and drop off times). Instead of being deterred and having me reschedule, he thought outside the box to overcome those challenges to accommodate my needs. It’s clear they have a client-centered approach. To top it off, when I finally got my car back, it looked and smelled brand new! I haven’t seen it that clean in 6 years. They managed to get out old protein shake stains and lingering fur baby odors.Veteran owned, excellent craftsmanship, unparalleled customer service. What more could you ask for?“
