During the time frame that Mr. Whitley arrived at the funeral home, the viewing was for family only, at our request. We would have gladly welcomed him if he had come to the funeral the following day or just sent a note expressing his condolences. Contrary to Mr. Whitley’s opinion, Rev. Fred Robinson and staff consistently showed our family respect, an exemplary display of professionalism, answered any and all questions at any time of day or night, and made this sad occasion as easy and smooth as possible for us.
