Our family has had experiences with several different funeral homes in the Concord area and by far, Robinson Funeral Service has met or exceeded our expectations more than any of the others we have used. During the time frame that Mr. Whitley arrived at the funeral home, the viewing was for family only, at our request. We would have gladly welcomed him if he had come to the funeral the following day or just sent a note expressing his condolences. Contrary to Mr. Whitley’s opinion, Rev. Having never been in the position of securing services for a departed loved one, my wife and I did not know what to expect. Mr. Robinson of Robinson Funeral Services was very helpful and patient. He explained step by step all our options while working with us and was able to have our son ready within a reasonable time frame. The company demonstrated a professional demeanor. They handled our son and us with care. We feel that this is not just a business but a ministry.
