I have had the awful experience of losing two adult sons unexpectedly. One some time ago, and I went back to them for my other son's care. The compassion, personal care, and calm explanations helped me through those very traumatic moments, and set the path toward recovery, At the time I didn't see how much it helped me. “Hankins and Whittington was very nice and polite throughout our whole experience. Morgan was very helpful in guiding us through the experience. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Joe was also very helpful the night of visitation and for the funeral. When we discovered a problem at the cemetery Joe stayed and made sure that it was corrected. We have used Hankins and Whittington services as long as I can remember and will continue to use them.“
“We had a problem with damage to our family's brass plate marker. I called and it was repaired immediately, they took the liberty to put flowers on the grave and sent me a photo of the work. Wow!“
