It's got everything you'd expect from PF, except only a single Fly machine which is a little odd. Otherwise great. Getting INSIDE is a hassle at first, as there are two doors that don't lead directly inside, as it's underground. Gotta call and ask for the door to be unlocked... then you need to get an app setup to let yourself in. These are not flaws, just features.
Very Small location, located in the basement of a building. No free parking, no parking validation, and depending on the security guard in the building you may have to walk around the entire block to get to your car. Who wants to do that in the winter or after a leg day.It's been clean whenever I was there though, and the staff has been friendly.
I loved everything about the facility. My complaints have nothing to do with Planet Fitness. The location is awful when it comes to parking, if you're new to the area. And I couldn't figure out how to enter the building. The security person in the office building lobby was off putting, and extremely rude. Luckily the Planet Fitness staff was so helpful, professional and kind I left better then I came!
