I want to acknowledge my current trainer Derek!! I am so impressed with him. He listened, researched my condition and is adapting my training accordingly. He adds "personal" to personal trainer! The encouragement he provides is timely and not over the top. He deserves to be recognized for his commitment, determination and willingness to push the boundaries of traditional training.When I started with Phenom Trainers, I had a different trainer. He did an amazing job getting me moving again and for that I am forever grateful. But he left the company. Haley has been absolutely amazing to train with. As a trainer she is so much more than just a motivating factor telling you to pick weights up and down She customizes training to your goals, works to improve your weaknesses (in my case, mobility) and is just a pleasant person to have with you in the gym! 100% would recommend

Wonderful experience . First time using a personal trainer and it was phenomenal ( no pun intended lol )Trainer actually came to my home for 24 sessions and the results were amazing. I felt stronger , lost some weight & felt better than I have in a long while . Highly recommend this place & Jessica who was my trainer.
