As a former professional dancer, I tend to be highly critical of instructors but this experience exceeded any of my expectations. Laney could spot every compensation or substitution my body tried to pull and cued and reduced resistance and repeated until I got it right. The session wasn’t a workout class but an exercise in movement efficiency and postural alignment. I left feeling taller and more balanced in my body. I highly recommend this studio.“

But everything still functions well and machines are rarely, if ever, down. I don't use the basketball court, but it is clearly first rate.“

“Very impressed. The studio was clean, the xformer machines were sturdy and easy to navigate and the trainers were very good and hard. I was visiting from out of town and very familiar with Lagree and somewhat Xformer. If you have done either ( or some other challenging fitness class combining resistance and low impact training) you are in for a treat. This class was well managed and tough. I took a class two days in a row and two days later sore. Recommend 100%!“

I highly recommend Michelle who actually teaches the Masters Classes - she is patient, knows the technical aspect, and as a student of Pilates I want to move through each series with precision so I get the mind-body connection needed for strength, growth and physical fitness. There is not one instructor I would not take a class from here at South Providence or Strawberry Hill- these instructors are some of the best in the business!!“
