I loved their new client form where it asked what I was looking for, what my budget was and to attach some pictures of my hair currently and what I wanted to accomplish. Based off my answers, they paired me with Layla. Layla was so sweet and really cared about what I wanted. She walked me through her thought process and answered any questions I had. They made me a latte, brought over a desk so I could work while I was there, and gave me a welcome gift. I absolutely loved how my hair color and cut turned out! “I called on a Sunday trying to test my luck as I needed to take my braids out! The owner came in on her day off and provided top notch service. I was in and out in 1.5 hours with my hair looking and feeling great! I will return as it was fast and convenient.

I made a series of horribly bad decisions regarding my hair color (think green hue highlights, then panic and cover with box dye, then panic, then remove with baking soda/dish soap, then panic, then do another box dye.) It was a huge catastrophe that I honestly did not think could be fixed. I attempted everything to get the color to look as close to normal as possible. But I was devastated because I couldn't stop myself and looked like a red carpet from the 1970's. With the help of the Universe, I was able to get Christina's name. She came HIGHLY recommended by both another amazing stylist and the wonderful owner of the salon as the woman who could help me. Christina replied immediately and shifted her day to see me the very next morning. I am typically not speechless, but she left me without words.
