“National Cremation staff were incredibly kind, professional, gave options, and kept me informed of any changes. They cared for my son with compassion, and also allow viewing of your loved one in a lovely small private place, (no prep for the body, but draped and positioned), in case you want to - prior to the cremation. I have had the awful experience of losing two adult sons unexpectedly. One some time ago, and I went back to them for my other son's care. The compassion, personal care, and calm explanations helped me through those very traumatic moments, and set the path toward recovery, At the time I didn't see how much it helped me.
