“I can't say enough positive things about the Pet Palace!!! I have not had great experiences with grooming places since I moved down here in 2021, and have been searching for a place that really GETS dogs. This place does! I visited the Palace a few weeks back to get a look and feel of the place and after speaking with the front desk staff and one of the groomers, Redd, I decided to book an appointment. I told them about my dog's anxiety, and how she can not be put into a kennel. She will literally hyperventilate. She has sensitive front paws ( not uncommon for a lot of dogs ). She has luxating patellas. Redd listened, took in every concern I had, and after picking her up from her appointment yesterday, I could not believe how calm my dog was. I walked in and she was just getting her bandana on and she was happy!! AND, she had the best grooming job she has had since I came to NC. Seriously, if you are looking for a GREAT place to have your dog groomed, this is the place!
