“The week before July 4 our downstairs AC unit decided to die and since we have used Brinson and Sons in the past,I gave them a call. Unfortunately, this is the hot deason and we could not get scheduled for a new unit install until July 10. We suffered through the heat and want to say that we were absolutely happy with the process. The guys that showed to do the work were Stephen and Brian. Pleasant, helpful, and courteous. We were sitting for my 2 year old grandson who loves to watch work and ask questions. Despite the heat and our dog barking non stop due to the strangers, never once did I sense any frustration from these guys. They stopped and answered my grandson's questions, let him look at their tools. They even received an escorted tour of our garden by my little man. The work was done exemplary and I would recommend this company without reservation. Even the electricians that came to do their part were accommodating and friendly to the grand. You don't see that all too often. Kudos!!! No one wants to drop that money when these things happen, but Brinson and Sons made this ordeal as painless as possible. Very pleased.....“

“Bought a house in 2019 with the whole AC system replaced in December of 2018 by another company. Nothing but problems with that system ever since. Every time I had an issue when the warranty was still good on my system Magic and his team came out the same day I called and within a half hour of being at my home they had figured out the problem and ordered parts for me to have it fixed even though they weren’t the ones who installed it. My factory warranty finally ran out in December of 2023 and of course my compressor failed 6 months later in the middle of the night… I called Magic first thing that morning and four hours later he was at my house and the issue was diagnosed. After considering my options and all the bad luck I had experienced with the cheap system the previous homeowner had installed at my house, I decided to have a whole new system installed instead of replacing the compressor as I wasn’t confident in the longevity of the other components any longer. Four days later Magic and his team installed a whole new system in my house for an incredibly reasonable price in less than 6 hours. I will never call anyone else for home HVAC repairs. Magic is the owner and he sure does live up to his name. Could not be more satisfied with the work performed.“

“Dixon installed a replacement HVAC system for me roughly 4 years ago. They were fantastic to work with and gave me several quotes at different price levels with explanations so I felt empowered to make the right choice. When the code changed for my area during the install process, they were proactive about keeping me informed and insuring we got the final sign off. Since then I have been using them for the annual maintenance plan and any time I have had (minor) issues due to equipment they have been extremely quick and the prices have been great.
