So I got Fleming's number from her when my HVAC outdoor would not start.I called Paul at 5PM on a Wednesday and he said he had a big job on Thursday, so he scheduled me for 1-2PM on Friday. He would work me in if he could on Thursday.He showed up at 1:15PM on Friday and diagnosed and repaired a bad capacitor on the outside unit in 1.5 hours.He was very friendly and through.
