“I called SQC about a roof leak and they came out quickly. Christina, their rep who was very knowledgeable, walked the roof, found soft spots, noted that shingles were brittle, asked the age of roof (20 years) and recommended a new roof and brought down photos of areas of the roof that were weak or failing. Found light hail damage but not enough for an insurance claim.Very straightforward, comprehensive presentation. This was the 2nd company I called. I immediately submitted SQC project to HOA for approval because everything was listed with an estimate of needed roof decking that would need to be replaced. I knew exactly what to expect. While I was waiting for approval, SQC sent out crew chief, Emmanuel, who repaired leaking places before I signed contract because a second storm was imminent. His scheduling time within a week of approval by HOA and completion within 2 days and Christina's comprehensive estimate covered everything. There was some delay in getting color samples but it was resolved before roofing was to begin. It all went like clockwork and the finished roof looks great. Cleanup was quick and thorough. Workers were thoughtful and respectful of property. Emmanuel came back after completion, checked roof, gutters and installed 2 higher diverters and sent another crew chief, Nick, who checked water damage inside with a moisture meter and large spots for weakness. All representatives were professional and personable and very easy to deal with. It's a relief to know that everything was done well and checked and that they were so responsible in following through with everything. Can't recommend them enough!“
