“Fantastic pilates studio with well-trained, personable instructors and great equipment. Workouts are varied and personalized so you get to try different movements, equipment, and "accessories". I've lived in NYC and LA and practiced in both but really started to learn the correct way to protect my body with Kara and her team.The studio is light and bright and Kara (as a professional dancer) has a body awareness that sets her apart from other teachers.
