Pilates The Form is an excellent place to learn pilates and obtain pilates certification. I have been in the fitness industry for 30+ years and Roxann Woods is not only a gifted instructor of pilates but also an excellent teacher. After achieving great results with Pilates and Roxann, I decided I wanted to increase my knowledge and start Pilates certification. Roxann is always prepared, sets clear expectations, she is patient with her students and has a positive attitude. I am excited to continue my practice with Roxann and Pilates the Form.

Absolutely love training with Dawn here! I have been going for regular Pilates sessions twice a week for about a year now and the difference I feel in my core strength is mind blowing! I sought Pilates out due to lower back pain and I feel so much better after each session. Dawn is very sweet and attentive too!

I had taken pilates at other studios — Pilates the Form is true to its name! Roxanne has helped me improve my pilates form. She is motivating and knowledgeable, and the studio is well-equipped.
