I called him Thursday morning with an issue and he was able to check out our HVAC by the afternoon. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and gave us a few options based on budget. We elected to replace the system and he was great at communicating when he and his installation crew would be here. The crew was clean and courteous and checked in when they were done. Issam checked their worked and discussed next steps regarding the inspection. Overall, he was quick, clean, courteous, and the cost of the work is certainly reasonable and fair.“

“My experience with Service Medic Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent! My wife and I decided to replace our two HVAC units (both ~20 years old). We had several companies quote the replacement and Service Medic was by far the cheapest option.Service Medic was very professional, responsive, and answered all of our questions.
