Here’s my short review: Absolutely outstanding service, fair market pricing, honest, highly responsive, and professional crew. I wish every business ran like this.Here’s the longer version if you’re the type that wants more information.:We had two aging HVAC systems that we’ve been nursing along for several years. HRD Air is a company I have trusted with my HVAC maintenance and repair needs for the years that I have lived in Cary. They have never been anything other than helpful, honest and easy to deal with.They have done regular (and timely!) maintenance twice a year on my heating and cooling and have always given good advice when asked for an opinion on what to do in certain situations. As a side note, they were also very accommodating during the covid pandemic and took good care of their customers.I would not hesitate for a second to hire their services.
