I almost never leave public reviews since quality of home services can change dramatically over time. But as a new customer of Ideal and a long-time customer of their excellent technician Benny, I had to leave a 5-star review. Benny carefully explains all options as he thoroughly services all systems. He is kind, professional, and knowledgeable and we request him by name based on his track record. We chose Ideal because of Benny. As for Ideal, Brooks in the office is fantastic and polite. The company’s digital tools and billing are much easier than other companies for scheduling, payment, receipts, etc. Thanks for a great start!

We are so thankful for having Ideal Services retrofit a zone control system for us. They were honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough from initial quote through installation and startup.The customer service of Benny and Hunter were top notch. Benny helped talk us through the initial quote, listening to our concerns and giving honest advice for our situation. Hunter and Sean executed the installation well, with great attention to detail. Hunter took time to answer all of our questions during and after the installation.
