She knows your pets name when you walk in. The vet was sympathetic, quick, and gave us everything we needed and answered all our questions.“

“We love Dr. Johnson!! We have a 6-month-old puppy who we brought in for routine shots and check ups. During those visits, Dr. Johnson also noted a heart murmur we are monitoring as well as treated some allergies/itching he had. I’ve had one non-routine visit as we try to figure out the allergy our pup has and to remedy his itching. In every visit we’ve had, Dr. Johnson has given us all the time I could possibly want while still maintaining his busy schedule. He’s made my pup and I feel very important, never rushed and always heard. He has always given me time for questions and given detailed answers/options explained in ways us non-vets understand. I’ve recommended him to everyone I know with a pet. I feel 100% comfortable having my dog in his care. Thank God for good doctors who treat yours like theirs!“

“Dr. Zieren and his team have taken remarkable care of our dogs for years. Not only do they provide exceptional service for regular appointments, they go above and beyond to get us in quickly for unexpected visits and also ensure our girl Millie has a great stay at the Bed and Biscuit when she needs some time away from us ;) When we had to bring our dog Lucy in in 2020 to have her put to sleep (Dr. Z had taken care of her from 10 weeks old), the staff was incredibly kind and let us have all the time we needed to say goodbye - on a Saturday. Dr. Zieren was very compassionate, as was his staff that day. They know your pets and love them! Wish I could give more than five stars!“

“Took my dog to be groomed, staff was very respectful and took the effort to pronounce my dogs name correctly and treated her very kindly even when she was scared. Very empathetic and professional. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super nice, the front desk ladies and the pet escorts but still I'll admit I was a little skeptical about leaving my little man for the 1st time but when the young lady came out to get him, his reaction told me he was going to be fine. Even though it took several hours (due to surgeries lined up), which I did not mind. When they called letting me know he was ready, I walked back in & Dr Kaur came out, explained every single detail they did.
