“I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. “Darren was here this morning to replace the cartridge in my kitchen faucet. I had misplaced the paperwork. It's a Moen. He informed me that Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty. I called Moen and sure enough, they would have sent me the replacement part free of charge. (I did find my paperwork...). He also taught me how to look up a product on my phone by just scanning it. Who knew? I have an older model American Standard shower faucet that is also hard to turn to adjust water temp. Next, I asked him about my aging water heater. Wow. Also pleased with the estimate and support AND rebate potential. I believe I have found my plumbing and HVAC 'home'. *sigh* It's a process for sure! I've expended a ton of money to get where I am finally comfortable and trusting of a company. Thank you, Darren for all your help.“
“I lucked up on meeting Mr Lindsey at Home Depot while at my wits end with my 2yr old water heater. After him being patient with me asking a thousand questions on if I could fix it or needed to replace it he offered to come and look at it. With me being a first time homeowner and a female I was hesitant but he came over looked at it and gave me a quote. That same day I had hot water!! My home was purchased as a fixer upper and needless to say a headache! Mr Lindsey has been my go to man!!
