“I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies then remembered what a great job R-Mech replacing my hot water heater the year before. Their HVAC person was the only one who checked my electric panel to see if it could support the unit I needed. Other companies tried to sell me a much larger system than I needed.R-Mech gave me the option of paying a little extra to have my install done on a Saturday, rather than wait until Monday. Well worth it! They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. The service contract offer was no pressure and a good buy. They keep me on track for maintenance. Very efficient systems in place! “I lucked up on meeting Mr Lindsey at Home Depot while at my wits end with my 2yr old water heater. After him being patient with me asking a thousand questions on if I could fix it or needed to replace it he offered to come and look at it. With me being a first time homeowner and a female I was hesitant but he came over looked at it and gave me a quote. That same day I had hot water!! My home was purchased as a fixer upper and needless to say a headache! Mr Lindsey has been my go to man!! I now have a beautiful entry way, new flooring in both of my tv rooms, and we are working on a design for my kitchen! Ashley was so helpful as she worked hard to see if someone could come out ASAP and that we were not further inconvenienced. She told me that they could get someone out later that afternoon, which was perfect! TJ was dispatched to my home. He even called to say that he could get me in sooner rather than later. He took no time figuring out the issue and how to resolve it. To my relief, it didn't cost me the shirt off my back. TJ was professional, efficient, and courteous, and he took the time to explain everything that was going on. I really appreciate their quick response, especially since this was fresh off the below freezing temperatures and snow that we had just a few days before, and it seemed like every plumber was booked. TJ also informed me that they provide heating and cooling services as well as electrical.
