I have been using Climate Control for scheduled maintenance for years. Each technician that comes out for the appointment is just as great as the previous. It makes me think this company cherishes its employees because they all seem to enjoy what they do and are always very friendly. As someone who likes to do alot of my own work around the house and on vehicles etc I really have grown to trust these technicians when they explain what they are going to do, what work they have performed and what they see in the systems in the house. We had a small spot of water on our ceiling and called Climate Control. As usual, they immediately dispatched a plumber who showed up late in the day on a Friday. Donaldo quickly found the source of the leak, took action to make repairs, referred us to a water, remediation group and scheduled a follow up.
