She took the time to explain my need for glasses and convinced me to try them vs. having readers everywhere. The progressive lens are equivalent or better to the readers and to my surprise, the distance lens is an improvement to around 20-15 vision, vs. the 20-20 I had without glasses. She's personable, professional, very competent and a whiz with the computer stuff.“

I have a very high prescription so I got a smaller frame with the thinnest lenses available. The guys were very accommodating. Great customer service. Will definitely be back.“

“I originally choose this place because I wanted to support a local Brookside business and I've been very pleased with their services. You might have to jump through an extra hoop for insurance reimbursement compared to some of the national chains or network providers, but their exceptional service definitely makes it worthwhile.I wear both contacts and glasses. The contacts they recommended for me are the best I've ever had. They spent more time considering which line of contacts were most suitable for my vision problems than any other optometrist that I've been to.Same for the glasses as well. A great match for my vision problems. I got an expensive pair of lenses and then somehow manage to scratch them up 9 months later. I took them to get repaired and I was expecting to have spend hundreds on a new set of lenses. But they recognized that they were still under warranty. They handled shipping them to the manufacturer and then they were ready for me to pick up a week later...all at no extra cost to me.I really appreciate service like that and they definitely earned a new long-term customer.“

“Consistently excellent eye care and customer service. Appointments are scheduled for when the doctor is actually available, so a minimum of your time is wasted in a waiting room. Once in the exam room the time is yours and the explanations and recommendations are clear and as thorough as needed. Top class staff in the office as well. I would recommend to anyone in the area to see them as their first choice.“

“The service and professional services should not be overlooked. I normally go to Discovery Vision in Western Wyandotte and this place was so much better and not near as expensive as the Discovery Vision. I tried to make an appointment with Discover and they said August. That was four months. This place took me that day and treated me with sincereness and professionalism. Every time I walk into Discovery Vision I feel as if the staff makes you feel that it is a privilege to be there and that they are better than you. I believe they need to step down off their high horse and take a visit here and learn some customer service. I give them 10 stars out of five and will definitely come back. Great Job- Way too shine⭐️.“

“Got exceptional assistance concerning older eyeglasses repair and replacement and referral to an optometrist. He listened and found the best and most economical replacement of approximately 6 yr old magnetic sunglasses that fit my clear prescription lenses and critical to have driving directly against morning sun. He checked my insurance and found I'm covered and plan on returning after getting my prescription from optometrist.“
