Dozens of patients were escorted out of the waiting room before me. I was not taken back until after I had waited ONE ENTIRE HOUR!!! I might be old and retired, but I still have better things to do than sit in a waiting room.

As a patient of Dr Desai for 5+ years, I have been very satisfied by the superior level of medical care that Dr Desai has provided, including cataract surgery in 2019. She is professional, respectful, efficient, and responsive to questions. I also appreciate the high level of service provided by her staff.

I have been followed by Samantha Heretes, MD, corneal disease specialist, at Sabates Eye Centers for over two years, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Dr. Heretes took my existing treatment plan for corneal disease to the next level by adding both ophthalmic and oral medication that have tremendously reduced my symptoms. Dr. Heretes is extremely friendly, always allows me to fully explain my response to treatment and performs office procedures quickly and painlessly. Dr. Heretes involves me in her decision making about treatment, in order to make sure it is acceptable to me.
