I walked in at Target in Ward Parkway Mall Optometry dept. the ladies Lindsey and Kim were very welcoming and accommodating. It was so timely that Dr Drake was at this location and was able to get my contact lenses eye exam. Dr Rose Drake was very thorough and first time that an Optometrist took time to do comprehensive eye exam.

Wonderful service. Very informative and I learned a lot about my eyes and how I can take care of my eyes for better longevity and to hopefully prevent common problems that can develop with aging. Great product recommendations for some issues I have been experiencing. The whole staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. I feel seen! Thank you, Dr. Drake and team.

I had a great experience today with Kim at the Ward Parkway Target Optical department! I went in to have my glasses adjusted, but since I didn’t get my glasses there I expected to pay for the service. Kim quickly and professionally made the adjustments I needed, and even adjusted an old pair that I brought in for fit comparison! When I got out my wallet, she said that the service was free! It’s really rare to get that kind of service anywhere these days! Thanks so much, Kim!
