He could have gouged us since we were desperate, but he is an ethical business person and didn’t. “I had an excellent experience dealing with Alex from All Seasons Roofing. I have a huge roof and they gave me what I felt was an excellent price. On the day of my install, they sent over three of the hardest working guys I've ever seen and they were able to complete the job in 2 days. They completely cleaned up all of their messes and now my roof doesn't leak and it looks great . In addition, one of their guys saw something wrong with my chimney and came back by on their own time to fix the issue. I paid him separately and we both were very happy. All seasons is a great place to go if you need a new roof“

“The overall experience of building with Homoly was a very positive process. All the staff we worked with were very professional and genuinely nice people. The detail cost sharing is very beneficial to keep tabs on your budget. There is full disclosure of where the money is being spent and to whom. The cost plus methodology is very transparent, but can create somewhat of a conflict of interest if you are attempting to manage a tight budget. The selection coordinator role is very beneficial and well worth the investment. Molly and staff are excellent. The key ingredient in the process is the role of the superintendent. Having this detailed, driven member constantly overseeing projects keeps everything on track and issues addressed quickly. I think the dedication to this process in the Homoly process is invaluable. It is also key to have a good working relationship with this member. Wallace is who we worked with through the process and I am sure the project would have been much less successful and less enjoyable without him. The team is very focused on the process and how to improve it along the way. Variations off the standard process will typically need escalation before proceeding. We wished we would have pushed to have senior management involved in the some details subsequent to the sales and cost phases.
We love our new house and the quality of the product and service we received from Homoly. The ongoing follow-up and service from the team and superintendent are outstanding.“
