“I contacted Queen city regarding my heating unit. They did such a thorough inspection it was discovered we had a relatively high carbon monoxide leak. For our safety the unit had to be shut down. Queen City offered us heaters to use until they could replace the unit. I can't recall the gentleman's name but he was amazing!! Then the installers came. Again these guys were phenomenal! I had an event planned for that evening. They installed in 1 day and cleaned up so well you would have never of known they were here. All the employees/technicians I encountered were very well educated in their field, experienced, kind, professional, informative, honest and respectful. Lauren in the office is very kind and sweet.
