They didn't, but they helped me remove the motor from the housing and helped me locate a store that did have one, all for next to no cost. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than just the motor and required a total system replacement. Ken's was quick to gather the details of our home and had a new system ordered and installed within a week without totally breaking the bank, which is hard to do when replacing a total AC system! They even relocated the outdoor unit to a new location that will allow us to do future renovations on our home without the headache of working around the outdoor unit.
