“The NP that I saw I saw previously at another UC, he’s amazing! My only beef, if you know you can’t help a patient with a particular bit of bloodwork, then cancel the appointment. Don’t make the patient wait in a room for an hour and charge their insurance $500 so you can tell them that their problem is beyond your scope. That’s disingenuous. And the nurse was nice, but she did try to diagnose me just a bit wherever even the PA didn’t even attempt to, this is not her job.“

The staff was very kind and provided top notch care from the minute of walking in until walking out with a prescription. Five stars for staff and the facility.
