Old, not very clean, no pleasure in the people who answer the phone. Could not even tell me a main cross street. Of course I looked it up myself. I walk in, I'm asked "testing or results?" I'm like neither. I was in a car accident. The x-ray technician spoke with me, I explained it's my neck, my left shoulder (and pointed) and my lower back. After about 13 x-rays, I ask "so I don't need to stand to my left?" Reply was "sir, you said your left. That's what I'm doing. I said "my left, you looking at me it would be her left but did my right so more radiation and charges. I told the doctor, he said "it happens, even I've done it." Great. I spoke with Jeff in billing and told him. He says this is elementary and should never happen but does. My bill minus the wrong xrays is $837. I went there because they were close and open. I'd rather not use them again.
I went to this 24hour urgent care on the evening of December 12 /2021I had a problem with my left calf it had been shut in a really heavy metal door & oh my god did it hurt it was bruised & after a couple days it was really red & felt like it was on fire went to the crepe court location & everyone was so nice! I was seen by Dr .Casper he was very knowledgeable & just seemed genuinely concerned after discussing my issue with me he wanted to be on the safe side & sent me a few blocks down the street to the Emergency Room since they don't have the machine that checks for blood clots! This will be the urgent care I go to from here on out!!
Dr. Issa was extremely helpful. I am very grateful for the hours of operation and the amazing staff who dedicates their evening hours to help other people. They worked fast and efficient. It was as pleasant of an experience as it could be.
