“I have been going to Bodywise 1-on 1 over the years. I highly recommend. Skip is the owner and one of the trainers. He offers a highly personalized plan fitted towards your goals and body type. He provides a comprehensive outline to achieve your goals. He is extremely knowledgeable in the area of fitness. He understands how hard it is to loose weight and provides great advise and motivation. There are various personal training packages to choose from. I also participate in spinn classes to get my cardio in. I love the flexibility of the personal training sessions because my work hours change. Personal training sessions are available Monday through Saturday as early as 5am. They offer spinn classes on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm. The classes are no joke, you will definitely achieve a great cardio workout with laughs and more within that hour.“
“Anyone who attends regular Pilates lessons at this facility will truly be investing for their future. As a sufferer of osteoporosis and arthritis, the benefits have been quite outstanding for me. I have increased my bone density from osteoporosis to osteopenia in my back and to within the normal range in my hips. My arthritic knees have stopped hurting due to the leg muscles I have built up. This is definitely due to my Pilates lessons as I take no medications for these conditions. As an added benefit, my rib cage is more defined, the muscles I have built are long and lean and I am so much more flexible. I started with private lessons intending to move on to group lessons but the benefits I have had from individual attention and tuition have made me want to stick with one on one lessons. This is a warm and friendly studio where every client is made to feel valued and appreciated. I cannot recommend highly enough!“
“This is a great place to get a good workout. I've been training at Club Fitness for over a year. They have plenty of equipment to help you meet your goals. Depending on your membership you can workout here 24/7. Meaning there is no excuse for not training if you are healthy to train. The only thing this location is missing is that you can get a protein shake, no day care, fitness classes as this is one of their smaller locations. I don't need daycare and I don't take advantage of the classes. They also don't have the steam room or sauna. I wish they offered this at this location as it is the closest location to me. I do frequent locations that has the other amenities.“

“This gym is for personal trainers and their clients only. You have to have an appointment with a trainer to use this gym. Everything in this gym is very clean, does not stink of body odor, the restrooms are clean, there are lockers and showers. Some people who come from work leave their tennis shoes there in a special area. I've been going consistently for 3 months and only about 3 out of 23 sessions has it been slightly crowded and even then the trainers are very considerate of each other and their clients. There are loads of machines, weights and floor work area. You can see this website for the trainers. I train with Titanium Fitness and highly recommend Diana Beckham or Chuck. “we love the edge! we used to go to the location in st. peter's but moved out this way so we switched to st ann location. i love the cinema room...cold, dark and movies always playing. great way to zone out and get some cardio in! the free weights isn't overly crowded or overtaken by men. i'm able to comfortably do my sets without issue. staff is great! i will say the music can be oddly loud some days but that's not a major issue. if you go make sure you stop and get a protein drink at the counter, they're so good!“
“Daisy is fun, energizing and easy to follow. Her Zumba classes are full of energy and great music! She makes it easy to follow if you're just starting out and fun moves if you are more advanced. She always has a positive energy and a smile on her face! Her yoga classes are great for all levels. I have been doing yoga for about six years now and she challenges me but also explains the poses in detail. She has helped me improve my practice in the way she explains the proper form and benefits of each pose.“
