Urgent Care near Ellisville

“Unfortunately, I've required urgent care a few times recently. But if it's after hours or my doctor can't see me, I head straight for St. Luke's Urgent Care in Ellisville. The nurses are amazing! Every time, even when they are super-busy, I have been treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. They do a fantastic job there. Even when busy, I have received great care - never felt rushed. I don't understand the negative reviews. Yes, you will wait if they have a crowd or someone who's case is worse than yours. But I have always received excellent care - worth the wait.“

“This facility was amazing! Called at 8am because I fell the day before and they had me come in at 9am. Had an appointment with Dr Burke. Had X-rays done there and they contacted my insurance to get an MRI approved. Dr Burke was amazing. No surgery needed. Follow up visit set for 3 weeks. The ability to get in to an orthopedic doctor within 24 hours is absolutely priceless!“

“The NP that I saw I saw previously at another UC, he’s amazing! My only beef, if you know you can’t help a patient with a particular bit of bloodwork, then cancel the appointment. Don’t make the patient wait in a room for an hour and charge their insurance $500 so you can tell them that their problem is beyond your scope. That’s disingenuous. And the nurse was nice, but she did try to diagnose me just a bit wherever even the PA didn’t even attempt to, this is not her job.“
