Justin and his team were so knowledgeable and professional. He managed the team and project from day 1 and throughout the project which was refreshing for us, always responsive. We were able to confidently sit back and let the professionals do their work. At no point did I question the plan and quality of work being done. Funny thing about drainage systems is that you sort of have to wait for a good rain to really test out the functionality…we finally got 2 big rain storms and ZERO FLOODING. The project ended up being a bit more extensive than we originally hoped or planned for but it was the right plan and we are very impressed with the results. Thank you Drainage Team!“

Robbie walked through everything that would need to be done, and completed the work on time and very professionally. The city of O'Fallon came out for an inspection a few days later (after the install) and said everything looked to be in order. The new water heater is functioning great. “It was a Sunday. The kitchen sink was clogged after breakfast and I needed to make a celebration dinner for 9 that evening. I called a handful of places and wound up with these folks being the only one who could get to me the same day. Tech arrived and she went right to work. It was a bit more persistent issue than we could solve with our own 25' snake but she kept after it until the job was done. It took long enough between the wait for arrival and the difficulty of the clog that we had to improvise and adapt to overcome. Expensive steaks are in the freezer, spaghetti was a fan favorite and the price (with a nice military discount) was reasonable.“

“Kyle was prompt and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and why. He replaced 2 toilet shut off valves and the pressure valve on the main line. Afterwards he ran all the faucets to drain the air and sediment. He also used a gauge to check the pressure. I would recommend Beis Plumbing and will call them for future problems.“

“I have had a positive experience with this company. I had a speed queen washing machine that was having an issue and I was going to just replace it since it was out of warranty but, I thought I would see what they could do. They came out in a very timely manner and repaired the machine for a few hundred dollars. I hope it will now be good for several more years. I later had a minor issue with the machine and it was covered under warranty just like they said it would be. It's hard to get good service people to repair anything today. I'm glad these people Were around to work on my washing machine.“

“While changing the hardware on our basement shower, the main water valve knob broke. It wouldn’t open back up for water to flow back into the house. We didn’t have water for about 1hr. We called Flow Kings they come out to our house within 2 hrs, and fixed the issue fast! They replaced the whole copper pipe. Replaced the old valve knob with an up to date handle valve.
